How come the thanks button is not available in all sections of the forum?

I was going in some other part of the forum & I wanted 2 use the thanks button for the people & its not there:down In the fart volcano its there but not sections like the jeans pics section or the brutal farts section either. What's up with that?::confused At least someone appreciates what the person posted. Not everybody feels like typing thanks to the threadstarter. I don't always typing the same thing all the time, that's the positive about the thanks button.

It worked in Brutal forum, not in sexydenim, now It's enabled.
