a partially decayed goat would be my guess. the water overfilled the cells when it drowned and caused it to bloat, getting rid of any fur and leaving the skin red as well as removing the cheeks.

Wow its finally made it to GE.This is becoming viral and i am starting to think it is all just a hoax. I hadn't put much thought into it because we will probably never know what it really is.

The ocean does some interesting things to the body.
it's not a monster it's a goat.
You should see what a human body looks like when it has been floating around in the sea for awhile.
Especially a dirty ass ocean on the east coast.
