Unable to change avatar

I'm having trouble with changing avatar. I don't see any option where you can change your avatar. ::sad
Anyone else having this problem?

Go to forum actions, choose edit profile. After you do that, go to the left side & choose edit avatar.

I have done that, but once I get into the edit avatar the do not use avatar is checked and there isn't any option to change that. I've also tried to reset fields, but nothing happens.

Click settings on the top-right portion of your screen then click edit avatar.

Your Avatar cannot be bigger than 130(width) by 180(height).

However, if it is bigger, it must be less than or equal to 10 kilobytes.

If you are getting your image from a hosting site I would suggest you download the image yourself, modify it, and upload it.

That way you won't have to worry about the image being randomly removed or anything.

The problem that I have is that I thought about changing my avatar but the gif ones I wanna use just freezes::sad Other people's gif avatars are allowed to move but not mine.
