Thanks for the feed back but ive tried all these options already with no joy,and
obviously you haven't had the same problems i have so you must all have much bigger hard drives than i do , the only way i can see around this is , is to get professional help witch scares me because he/she is more than likey to find fart porn all over the gaff.
P.S apparently every time you download something off the tinternet and delete it , part of it always stays on your system, this is what i think is the problem.
