does it work even after you exceed your DL limit, I just exceeded it, and downloaded the plug in, it still doesn't work

This plug-in is legal - all she does is finds free slot/s from some country so you don't have to install their toolbar.

Nothing else.

When you exceed download limit, reset your modem or restart PC.

try with the torpark - web browser similiar like Mozilla with proxy options.

run it, in the right footer choose country you want and wait some time for system to open it again.

Then just wright web adress and go :)
