View Full Version : Problem with a clip i bought, Stoppes at a certian point !

I bought a clip from LMTs store, and when it reached around 3:50-4:00 the video just stoppes.
I used VLC player, and i figured out VLC player froze up. So i opened the file in KM Player, i skipped thru to the 3:50-4:00 marker, and then KM Player stopped working, it froze up as well. I needed to close the program. What does this mean ? Could it be a problem with the file ? Should i contact Suncoast Productions ?

EDIT:

The clip stoppes around 4:03, and it stoppes in VLC, MK Player and Windows Movie Player.
Its a wmv. format.

So this means its the file itself which is broken, now is there a way to fix this ?

Just add file from right panel (Select files from) to left (List of input files) and click on Cut/Copy/Join button.

Ah, thanks, and this will fix the problem ? I'll try it right away.

Read again our video files support sticked thread, now it's updated!

What the problem is your internet connection was interrupted and file did not donwloaded correctly, the part is missing and you wont be able to open those seconds with any usual player.

Contact clips4sale.com and ask them to provide you download once again.

Thanks Gassy, that would most likely be the problem. I'll contact them again

Yes,contact c4sale and ALSO webmaster of the store when you pourchased the clip,inportant you have order ID

Yes thanks, they did reply, and they told me to download GOM player, they did and hey said the clip work fine with that player, and it did ::Smile

It's good to hear that.In fact rarely clip4sale fucked customers .I have to admit this.This is a point a favor of c4sale.

Thats good news. And they did reply really fast, like minutes after i sent the message. Thats really good i think.
